[Biopython-dev] Genbank Dictionary

 I  was thinking of providing a Dictionary interface to LocusLink.  I 
don't see anything specific to GenBank in the class.  For this reason I 
suggest adding it to Index or where it will be available to other 
parsers w/o duplication.
