Hello everybody,

I've updated the Swiss Prot parser to handle the format changes in the
most recent release of trembl and swiss-prot.  This includes:
  - allows multiple '=' in RX line (patch from Brad)
  - broken VARSPLIC in feature table (patch from Brad)
  - allows multiple '=' in RC line
  - RL line is now optional
  - supports OX line continuations
