[Bioperl-l] Bio::Seq->subseq documentation

the documentation for Bio::Seq looks out of sync to me, the code for
Bio::Seq is just
sub subseq {
return shift->primary_seq()->subseq(@_);
}
so, it takes what Bio::PrimarySeq takes.
