[Bioperl-l] Little question about Bio::SeqIO::fastq

Hi Juan,

Have a look at the beginners howto and the SeqIO howto here:
http://www.bioperl.org/wiki/HOWTOs

Regardless of what sequence format you use (fastq, fasta, etc), SeqIO 
can be used in the same fashion to read, edit and write sequence ID, 
description and sequence string.
