[Bioperl-l] Retrieve Domain sequence from Domain database

Hello

I want to retrieve a domain signature sequence for particular text like i
want to retrieve domain signature sequence for 'MADS-BOX'.

Is there any module in bioperl which can connect a particular domain
database and retrieve a sequence using keyword search.

if anybody knows please tell me
