[Bioperl-l] update Google Summer of Code project ideas

Hi all,

Please make sure the BioPerl information is up to date for 2011 on both 
the OBF and BioPerl wikis.  The current page looks pretty good, just be 
aware that Google will be looking at it in the next few days to evaluate 
whether OBF will be accepted again this year to GSoC.
