Hello Akash,

That can be done with a very short script in bioperl (probably a
one-liner?).  Take a look at
Bio::SeqIO<http://search.cpan.org/~cjfields/BioPerl-1.6.901/Bio/SeqIO.pm>and
Bio::Seq <http://search.cpan.org/~cjfields/BioPerl-1.6.901/Bio/Seq.pm>
 documentation.
