[Bioperl-l] perl or bioperl script to calculate Kimura 2-parameter (K2P) distance of two dna sequences

hello all,

I am a beginner of bioperl. I have to calculate k2p distance of two
dna sequences (mitochondrial CO1).

I can't deal with this problem. Would anybody help me to write the
script? Thanks a lot for your kindness.
