[Bioperl-l] BioPerl installation on Windows 7

While I haven't actually worked much with BioPerl under Win7, I do have 
a test setup using Strawberry Perl and BioPerl from git. That works just 
fine. I expect BioPerl from CPAN to be as easy to install.

I have tried to install ActiveState Perl, but the version I tried 
refused to install in 64bit Win7.
