[Bioperl-l] Species tree and partition

Hello everyone,

I have a yest species tree containing 23 yeast species, and would like to
partition the tree using bioperl.
By partitioning I mean cutting internal edges and split the tree into two
subtrees.

I have to do that for all possible internal branches (all combinations)

Is there a way to do that with bioperl ?
