[Bioperl-l] default Bio::DB::SwissProt server broken?

Hi Chris,

Although they handle the redirect, the other modules which use dbfetch
should probably have the URLs updated too:

Bio::DB::Biblio::biofetch
Bio::DB::EMBL
Bio::DB::RefSeq
