[Bioperl-l] Primer3

Hi

I am a PhD-student working with EST sequences. I have got an input  
file for Primer3 and the program does not run. I try directly in the  
windows console and with Bioperl. I suppose the problem is with the  
syntax, because I have never used these tools, so I would appreciate  
some help.

How can I invoked my input file in primer 3? If it is easy to run it  
with BioPerl, tell me
