[Bioperl-l] BlastPlus and Bio::Graphics

Hard to say w/o seeing the code. My first thought is you either haven't set binmode() for the file handle (essential for Windows), or you are attempting to open the binary PNG file as text. The binmode issue is covered in the Bio::Graphics HOWTO.
