[Bioperl-l] hmmer3/hmmscan

Hi Joonas,

I've developed a SearchIO module for HMMER3 hmmsearch and am in the  
middle of expanding this to cover hmmscan as well (been meaning to  
contact the list about the hmmsearch module as it is). I can contact  
you when the expansion is finished (will also ping the list), which  
will hopefully be within the next week.
