[Bioperl-l] Tons of test failing in bioperl-live

Dear Chris,

talking about tests, there are a couple of them that fail in the absence of
network connection. I have submitted a patch in the BioPerl bugzilla, that
adds ‘-requires_networking => 1’ to them in order to get skipped when
network test are disabled. Could you review this patch? I would like to
apply it on the BioPerl Debian package soon (since we aim at freezing our
packages in March).
