[Bioperl-l] Bio::Graphics inside PHP

I've been trying different ways to do this same thing. At EcoliWiki.net we
use GBrowse to show all the strains of Ecoli and assoc phage, plasmids, etc.
so this is definitely something I think many other model-organism databases
could use.

The final solution was to construct a link to gbrowse_img with all the
necessary variables coming in from $_REQUEST and throw it in the src=""
attribute of the <img> tag. This works pretty good for what we're doing.
