[Bioperl-l] Export as HTML

Hi,

Thanks - but I do not want is as a table. I would like something like:
Test1
Gene1
Mismatch
>test1
GTGCTGGGATTCTGTaaGTGCAGATTTGCTGGGTGAGCGGAG

Test2
Gene2

GTGCTGGGATTCTGTaaGTGCAGATTTGCTGGGTGAGCGGAG

as HTML so it is easy to paste into the word document
