[Bioperl-l] Installing bioperl without ftp

Hi Len,
When you configure cpan, you can specify to use http urls instead of
ftp urls. If you've already configured cpan, and need to redo it,
enter the cpan shell and type "o conf init" and look for http urls for
mirrors. If there aren't any in Canada, look in the US--there are
about 10.
