Not sure what the thread is here but I can make a guess.  I assume you 
are referring to the untimely demise of WUBlast and the resurrection of 
it as a commercial project by the folks at Advanced Biocomputing ( 
ABBlast )?   We are aware.  I have been working on fixing some 
incompatibilities in RepeatMasker/RepeatModeler/RepeatProteinMask etc.. 
and should have something out soon ( probably in a week or so ).  Warren 
assures me that you can still get ABBlast free ( or cheaply ) under an 
academic license.  Please let me know if you have other questions about RM.
