[Bioperl-l] Windows and ppm:package.xml

Scott,

It's filed as a bug:

The problem with PPM at the time of the 1.6.0 release was there were  
several modules recommended that weren't available (GraphViz was one,  
can't remember the other).  This will be fixed for the next release,  
which I can probably get an alpha for in the next week.  The alphas  
will help us in testing this out.
