[Bioperl-l] [ANNOUNCEMENT] BioPerl 1.6.0

Okay, wasn't able to reproduce this using my Ubuntu8.10/perl5.10
setup. I'm wondering if it's a permissions issue; I was able to
reproduce this on portal.open-bio.org:
