[Bioperl-l] Install on host server

Hey there,
I have an embarrassingly silly question. I have BioPerl set up and  
working on my computer. Does anyone here know if there is a standard  
way to ask one's hosting server to install BioPerl so you can use it  
within a web page? Barring that, is there a standard way to set it up  
for your own domain on a hosting server that knows nothing about  
BioPerl?
