    I can only justify very limited amounts of time from $day_job
working on BioPerl.  I might be able to noodle around with helping
clean up the test suite while waiting on batch jobs, but that's
probably it.  I've got vacation aplenty, though, and would not be
opposed to taking a day or three to help during a general push towards
a release.  I might be able to talk another person into doing the
same.
    We do seem to have volunteers coming out of the woodwork seeking
direction, so that plan thing is probably a good idea.
