Thought I would throw this up to this thread. Patch to
http://bugzilla.open-bio.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2476
using mapping-aware subseq() seems to solve the problem. It appears to
translate cleanly between
aas and nts, and gives single-residue subseqs naturally (even at the
boundaries). Comments please...
