Hello! I am trying to write a perl script comparing proteins from a group of mammals. I am only interested in 5 organisms. Is there a way to limit my bioperl BLAST search to specific genome databases? Do you have any other suggestions for the most effective way to achieve this filtering? Thanks! Nathan
