[Bioperl-l] rpsblast

When I run...   $result = $factory->rpsblast($seq);   ... where $seq
is a Bio::Seq object, it seems to simply copy the $seq object to
$result;  When I run something similar... $rpsblast('/path/to/
myFile'); ... the value of $result then becomes '/path/to/myFile'.

Anyone else encounter this?
