[Bioperl-l] Two BioPerl-1.5.2-RC3 installation issues

When installing bioperl-1.5.2RC3, I chose to run the BioDBGFF tests with 
MySQL database. Below is the warning message.

Another thins is the installation of Bio-ASN1-EntrezGene-1.09, the 'make 
test' requires bioperl be preinstalled(Bio::Index::...) while bioperl 
requires it be preinstalled. Is this a circle reference issue?
