[Bioperl-l] Budle::BioPerl dependency issues

Me too, actually.

Perhaps there could be a big, bold warning displayed when using CPAN  
to install Bundle::BioPerl, saying something like "you will still  
need to install BioPerl separately by doing ..." ?

Likewise, I think the INSTALL document that comes with the BioPerl  
distribution (and on the wiki) implies the difference between BioPerl  
and Bundle::BioPerl but doesn't say so explicitly.

I'd be happy to add this to INSTALL if there are no objections...
