[Bioperl-l] Bioperl install question.

Hi all.

My set-up:

WinXP (SP2)
ActiveState Perl 5.8.8


I used the perl package manager to download BioPerl 1.2.3 but since
that is rather old, I downloaded BioPerl-1.4.zip. Can anyone help me
from this point? Where should I unzip the file to?
