Sadly all didn't go well. Some remaining bugs are present in the Run 
package which are now being worked on (there was also a WinXP core bug 
already fixed by Chris). Expect RC4 sometime this week, which will also 
include a transitional Build.PL as an alternative to installing with 
Makefile.PL.
