[Bioperl-l] Deobfuscator interface now available

It does have the following line though (and a 'use' statement for  
OntologyIO);

@ISA = qw( Bio::OntologyIO );

So what is it doing 'wrong' (there aren't any tests or so in which  
anything erroneous would show)?
