[Bioperl-l] NCBI's seq_gene.md file

Ryan,

I don't remember the exact details of the .md format, but it might be
straightforward to parse it into a gff format?  There are tools for dealing
with gff files from bioperl as well as many other tools, as the gff format
has become pretty standard.
