Take a look at:

You can read in a whole bunch of different blast formats (see Table  
1), and it is possible to write out in HTML. See:

I'm not sure what you mean by the most informative blast output. If  
you mean which one gives the most information, I'm pretty sure the  
standard Blast report has everything.
