If you are talking about perl Bio::Affymetrix modules
 http://search.cpan.org/~skippy/Bio-Affymetrix-0.5/
(which are not part of BioPerl), the module documentation points to:

http://www.affymetrix.com/support/developer/AffxFileFormats.ZIP

but does not point to sample files.

Maybe someone hon the list uses these modules. You could contact the authors, 
of course.
