[Bioperl-l] Acknowledging BioPerl

Is there a standard way to acknowledge/cite in journal/conference papers
the use of BioPerl modules? Will the following in acknowledgment suffice?

"The authors would like to thank the BioPerl community (www.bioperl.org)"
