[Bioperl-l] Where has BioPerl been used

Hi all,

I'm doing a report/assignment for a bio-informatics subject that I'm studying. 

I was wondering If any body could tell me of some examples where bio-perl has been used for research or any other bio-technology/Medically related purpose. Any thing would be helpful websites, personal stories, use cases/case studies, research papers  well anything would help even pointers of where to look.
