[Bioperl-l] "no data for midline" still occurs with bioperl 1.5

Hi, all,
I still got "no data for midline" with bioperl1.5 (as Jason has suggested to upgrade to a version higher than 1.4). In one occassion, it came with a large white space below that error message. In another occasion, there was no white space below the error message. Can anybody give me some hint again?
