[Bioperl-l] urgent:load_seqdatabase.pl doesn't seem to like fasta...

Hi,

This is the format that I've :

>At1g01010.1 68414.m00001 no apical meristem (NAM) family protein contains
Pfam PF02365: No apical meristem (NAM) domain; sim
ilar to NAC domain protein NAM GB: AAD17313 GI:4325282 from [Arabidopsis
thaliana]

Could anyone please let me know whether any fixes have been done for this?
