Bioperl-l, Any objections to my adding Bio::Tools::RestrictionEnzyme to the DEPRECATED file? It was replaced by Bio::Restriction a while ago. Along the same lines, is there anything else that should be deprecated? Bio::Tools::GFF? Brian O.
