I'd like to be able to take an arbitrary trace in .scf format and
generate a chromatogram in gif/jpg/png format. The idea is to render
traces on the fly for some dynamic web pages.
Does anybody know of any code to do this? I think there is stuff in
biojava, but I haven't come across anything in bioperl yet...
