[Bioperl-l] Secondary structure prediction

Hi all,

I'm nearing the end of my Bioinformatics Masters thesis- I'm actually writing up! But I'd like to be able to (quickly!) incoporate some simple secondary structure prediction into my program. Could anyone point me in the direction of the best Bioperl way to plug this in? I've been looking at the Predator wrapper, but would appreciate any suggestions.
