Re Bio::Tools::Analysis::Protein/DNA modules,

    I need to write some example scripts and more documentation about
how to write new modules
    of this type - will be able to do that by end of September.
    Just out of interest,
    How is it decided what goes in  a new release?
    Is it everything that works or is there some sort of selection made?
