Hi all,
I was wondering whether there is a standard way to 'upgrade' a sequence
object.
Say you have a Bio::LocatableSeq or Bio::PrimarySeq object and you want to
make a rich object from it so that it is possible to add feature objects.
Can you give a simple object to a constructor of a rich sequence class ?
Obviously, one can start from scratch in the creation of the rich object and
pull all elements out of the simple seq object like id, sequence etc. But
what if you don't want to do this ?
Regards,
Marc
