I don't care one way or another, so long as the behaviour is reliable. 
If, under *all* circumstances, I can be sure that a Feature object with
a primary_tag of "Exon" behaves like the existing
Bio::SeqFeature::Gene::ExonI (regardless of what its @ISA says) then I
can happily code to it :-)
