That's blatant Java-chauvinism inherited from Smalltalk (which of course
doesn't have multiple inheritance and came up with elaborate
justifications for this egregious omission).  There are plenty of
counter-examples.  Check out the mix-in design style of Common Lisp
(which every TRUE programmer knows is the only _real_ programming
language :)  Sorry to flame, but this is de rigeur when discussing
matters of programming religion!
