[Bioperl-l] WARNING INCOMING: collection consolidation

Is there a reason Bio::SeqFeatureHolderI needs to go away? It's fairly 
simplistic (3 methods), relied upon outside of Bioperl already, BSANE 
compliant, and matches BioJava.
