[Bioperl-l] Bioperl-db install problems on macosx

This is a bug in bioperl-db, I've fixed it. Interesting though that I 
didn't see it (being on Mac OSX 10.2.4 too).

You do need to make sure you're running bioperl 1.2.1 though.
