Actually, I just committed a Postgres adaptor to bioperl at
Bio/DB/GFF/Adaptor/dbi/pg.pm which seems to work just fine.  I've only
tested it with the yeast database so far though.  Hopefully the
performance won't be too bad with a big data set.
