[Bioperl-l] Bio::Factory::ObjectFactoryI::create

create() as the name of the method may result in name clashes. I 
propose to change it to create_object().

Does anyone have strong feelings about this name? Any otherwise 
motivated objections?

I'd keep create() in place with a deprecation warning.

I'm not definitely running into a name clash, I rather want to play 
it safe. The adaptors will use create() too. So, if people feel 
uneasy about this change, I'll retreat ...
