Hello:
I'm trying to load some swissprot-updates sequences from a remote server
using Bio::DB::SwissProt, and I obtained the followoing error message
-------------------- WARNING ---------------------
MSG: 500 (Internal Server Error) Can't connect to www.ebi.ac.uk:80 (Timeout)

I suppose this problem is related to my firewalled network connection through
proxy server, this network connection made my bioperl installation very
problematic, is there any way to avoid connection to remote server though
proxies, or can I handle the timeout, considering the "starving" bandwidth
per sec we have in this department about 1Mb!!!
Appreciate any suggestions
